Hi peeps. need help.....

i have a brand new 11 plate punto evo in ambient white but everytime i wash it, it comes up with little orange colour spots all over the paint??? can someone help me as to what this is its literally like polka dots but literally the size of a small pin.....

taking her back to the dealer today ive put up with it for 3 months now and not willing to wait any longer.... trying for a full new vehicle.....

Right now i have dragged my back side out of bed and sat at my pc......

Your issue is fairly common on modern paints and not just affecting fiats paint all cars suffer from it problem is you can see it on white/ silver finishes......

My car was covered in in when i picked it up but i had already seen it and done my homework there was no way i was pointing it out to the dealer to "sort" as half of the time they do more damage.........

What you need is a dedicated fall out remover and a hour or so.........

this is what i used

http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/cgi-bi...on&PN=Iron_X_1.html#a1_21IXECO1L#a1_21IXECO1L

however i am now using this

Autoglym Fallout Remover 5L: Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike

with either wear decent chemical proof gloves and wear eye protection

apply to a clean dry car with either a spray bottle or by cloth allow to work for 20 mins or so wiping over every so often with a cloth soaked in the remover to prevent it drying and effectively agitating the solution......

once its been on 20 mins or so pressure washer off then check for any remaining fallout and treat again ((took me 3 hits on the roof of my Evo))

The iron-x is good in the fact that you spray it on and it changes colour on contact with iron so you can see the level of contamination on my third hit i didnt get any reacion so knew it had all gone.......

but the AG stuff works out cheaper (y)

then once "clean" polish and wax the car to help prevent/ reduce any subsequent fall out from landing on your car

been white i can highly recommend this (its a bit pricey but its very good)
