Ok, so I’ve just fitted my new TMC box along with a BMC panel air filter :D, I have to say that there is a massive difference, I turned the box down from the factory setting of 6 to the less powerful setting of 5 just to err on the side of caution.
Even on the 5 setting you can still feel a huge power increase in my opinion, the car pulls better through the gears and is nice and smooth even at lower speeds.
I think that the 5 setting is suppose to equate to about a 15% increase which would probably mean that the car was running at about 155BHP.
So far I’m very pleased with the kit, I’ve only managed a short 15 mile test run so far but I should get a chance to test it out fully at the weekend (I hope). (y)

According to the TMC website figures it should take it to about 163BHP (about the same as the Abarth Evo:D).
Only slight problem is that the car can’t be put on the rolling road due to the traction control so you can’t get definite proof. :(

Judging by my car though I’d say it was about right though!

Don't suppose they give any indication how much boost pressure that is and what the duty cycle on the injectors is to give that power?

Not sure as I didn’t ask , although I have read another post on this forum where TMC stated ‘It depends on which programming file I use in it but max is generally 0.2 bar increase. Not enough to trip the overboost cut out’
I wanted to make sure and err on the side of caution and that’s why I’ve lowered the box setting to 5, from reading others on the forum they all run them at 6 & 7 in the main, I haven’t read about anyone with any problems so far and I hunted the net to make sure before I bought one. Also Fiat have fitted Garret turbos on the Evo Sporting so it should be strong.

I’m sure if you ask them directly they’ll answer your question.
