I have my car through a PCP agreement.

What can i get away with in terms of modding the car?

Rims?
Tints?
etc

And what affect does this have on warranty, terms and conditions.

thanks

i asked at my local fiat, they said that as long as its not mechanical then should be alright, just pop down there and ask (if its a major mod get a written letter from them saying that they approve,)

or just take the mod of when its service time or something goes wrong

This has been covered before. Use the search button.

A PCP is just a hire purchase agreement until the final payment, which is bigger than the rest.

As for mods... IF you return the car back to Fiat Finance, they will want it back in fair wear and tear condition, commensurate with the age and mileage of the car.

IF you are trading the car in to a dealer and the mods are deemed tasteful and a benefit to the car then the dealer may give you good money. If the mods are difficult to remove the dealer may 'charge' you to remove them.

IF you're paying the final value and keeping the car... Does it matter what you do with it?

Obviously it's your choice when it comes to warranty and mods which invalidate it.
