General Why Oh Why

Good old fiat replace my blue and me unit as it broke and now as good as they are i cant connect my blue and me tomtom to car, have reset tomtom done everything tomtom say to connect it and everything fiat say to connect it, guess they have installed the wrong unit so back to fiat this week me thinks

I'd be checking the software version first, update it from the blueandme website.
