how long dose it take to bring a car over from italy where it is been made??

i am realy gettin bored in waitin now for it lol

Has it been built already? Its about a 3 days - a week from the factory to your dealer i think?

its been in transit for over a week and a half now

Be patient, my Sporting took 3 months, worth it though.

Fiat don't do things very quickly a lot of people have had to wait ages for their cars.

Fiat are not actually that bad at getting cars built & shipped quickly. Standard wait is around 12 weeks, which is a hell of a lot quicker than the likes of VW, who have had people waiting since August last year for Scirocco's.

I belive from leaving Italy, the boat trip is about a week, then they can spend a week at the Port in Bristol, as they seem to wait to get a completely full transporter going to one area of the country before setting off. Understandable given the cost of fuel.

I reckon if it's on the boat you'll have it in around 2 weeks.

It's not the shipping that takes ages (door to door in less than 2 weeks), it's sitting in the queue waiting to be built!...

My Sporting also took around 3 months.

I know we waited 4 months in 08 for our 500 1.3 M/Jet and when we got our Evo Sporting we were told it could take upto 10 weeks if we ordered our own spec.

Ended up tweaking the new demo car and got it in 3 days. Its soo good it'll be worth the wait no matter what it is.
