Hi all,
Right this is my 1st post but wonder if anyone can help, sorry if this has already been discussed!
I have a 60 plate Evo GP, with latest Blue&Me software installed. When I plug in my Ipod, the screen on the Ipod says 'Connected: Do not disconnect', and stays locked on that screen. But, my music starts to play, in a random order. When I use the steering wheel controls to try and select a playlist or specific artist, it just says None found.
So basically all I can do is listen to my entire Ipod on random.
Is this how it's meant to be? I want to be able to control what I'm listening to using the controls on the Ipod itself, is that possible? .... I'm thinking it's the adaptor which I need to do this, but seems a bit steep at £70 odd quid.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers!

Unfortunately i'm having the same problem, I was told that the only way to get around that is to purchase the adaptor :bang:

Cheers for the replies. So, can you select your music using the controls on the Ipod itself??
I've deffo got the latest Blue&Me installed, but it made no difference at all! Got a feeling it could be something really simple that I'm not doing.

You cannot select music on the ipod itself no you have to do it all thro the steering wheel!
Although ipods are not always compatible with the car so some need the adapter.
Although when i first got mine i could never pick my playlists but then after a while i could. Maybe have a play around with your playlists?
