Hi all
I've bought the (vent/compartment/docking port) unit for my punto evo active as it just came with the vents and compartment. Now on removing the old unit i now find the is no wiring for the sat nav port:bang:
I'm presuming this cable is not part of the main wiring harness as TomTom's run on 5v. Can anybody shed any light on the situation. I've retro fitted many things on different makes of car in the past and have always found wiring hiding and waiting to be used like on a standard loom fits all models.
Any Help Much Appreciated
Thanks
James

just wondering but where did you buy it from? i was looking to get it but cant find it anywhere
you found out about the wiring situation yet?
thanks

You might need the Blue&Me as well to get it to fit.

Doesn't the Active have the same issues when fitting front fog lights. The wiring looms are different on the base models, so have to pay to upgrade the toys.

Looks like the wiring looms are model specific. Easiest answer would be if you want a specific option, your best bet is to buy a car that actually has it!

Hi
I asked Fiat and the above reply is correct different wiring loom so I ended up not doing it(n)
