Is this such a quiet rattle you couldn't really show it to a dealer & no1 else can hear it?

or is it a loud obvious rattle?


mines got a quiet one when doing 40-60mph, no1 else can hear it but me and its been like it since i picked it up... never been able to figure out what it is!!

Been to my local Fiat garage 5 times and mechanic heard the noice a says it wind noice and there nothing they can do about it :bang:

Very Unhappy have to turn radio up

I get a vibrating noise from my drivers side between 40 - 60, but only if its's been raining - its the noise of water draining off the edges of the wing mirrors!
It's almost like a chirruping noise.

I also get an occasional rattle from the passenger side, it's the metal of the passenger seat belt fasterner rattling against the door frame....!

That is quite annoying! I also get annoyed by the stretch to actually reach the seat belts!!

Same here ! I twisted my back yesterday stretching round to grab it!

It's either the seatbelt rattling, or the bearings underneath the seat are loose I imagine. Mine is the actual seat rattling and its usually solved by pulling the passenger seat forward (rather than having it all the way back like it usually is)

I should get it looked at but it doesn't cause me a huge amount of bother really.

Mine stops when i lift the seat ie from its lowest posistion and slightly bring in from the longest posistion.Bloody annoying though

Could it be the wheel arches lining? I had a similar problem on my Alfa Mito and found out that the linings were flapping a bit with the wind producing a similar noise to what you describe.
