Had my Punto Evo over 2 months now and started seeing some problems

1) The engine management light has just flashed up (Ive only done 1000 careful miles)

2) It keeps deleting stored radio stations. I.e I store them into the system, turn the engine off and on and the station disappears.

3) I keep getting 'Start/Stop unavailable'
 
stopstart faults are normally related to a battery with a low charge and your other faults sound related to the same thing maybe you car has a dodgy alternator take it back to fiat its under warranty

Sounds a little odd, I'd go get it checked out, esp. if you get that engine management light.

I personally thought the Start/Stop messages were normal? Mine sometimes says it, esp. if you unplug your seatbelt or drive forward/backward, say like in a courtyard.
 
Stop start is also unavailable during cold temperatures, apparently. Certainly if the weather is really cold it doesn't do it.

I would suggest that 1000 careful miles in 2 months isn't enough, particularly if that is a lot of short journeys.

The stop start will not work if the battery is not fully charged to if you have the radio on and the heaters on the stop start will not work or if it does it wont be very long. the battery has to be pretty much full for it to work.
