Being promised my car every week for the last 2 months is how i have put up with it, i get my hopes up every time they say it will def be here next week and then they let me down! This is there final chance they tell me it will be 100% def be in 2morro if it is not i will be pulling out!

Have they sold your Mini? if not get it back and demand compensation from Fiat. Also when did you sign the finance agreement? because if you signed last week there is no way they could take money out your account Monday. Would take at least a week to set up direct debt, plus 1st payment is usually 30 days from signing and upto 56 days I beleive. As you have no car how could you sign the agreement unless it was to get the £2000 contribution which I feel Fiat will honour, on the downside the price of a sporting has been reduced from £15265 to £13,875 I believe so your finance figures will now be somwhat different from when you bought in July i.e payments should be a lot lower!!!

No money has left my bank they was setting up the finance on last monday but I signed the forms 2 weeks ago this week. I have given them my mini and they have paid it off. I think the only reson they wanted to take the mini and get it paid off because then I couldn't pull out. I have been promised the car today but it still has not arrived! The car is registered to me so if the car doesn't arrive I will be going to bristol and getting it muself they tell me I cannot do this but the car is in my name so i don't see why I can't!! Unless they know it isn't there

Walk into the dealership and demand to speak to the people at the docks over the phone. If they wont let you, then you know the car has not arrived. If they will, then have a good long chat, at the dealerships expense
 
ahhh, now i see no money ahs left the account all is good.

The process you must now take is one where you pick up the phone and call fiat cutsomer service and open up a case file.

Also before you do this phone the dealer principle, as with all dealers, every new customer will get a phone call from fiat themselves askin how it went.

So just explain to him that you are sure he doesnt want a red flag against his dealer. as these count badly against them. and i mean, badly for every 1 red flag it need about 30 golden flags to be even able to get over that bad one.

Your well on the way for a red flag, 100000000pounds of gift vouchers and shinizz.

Id personally allow the DP 1 chance to explain the situation.
Tell him you expect a phone call within 20mins of letting him found out where YOUR car is.

or you want your mini back
you want to cancel the car
and fiat can get stuffed.

they wont want to lose the deal and he will not be able to say no, as due to the fact they have paid off the mini, which legally im sure they cant, as the money to pay off the mini should come from the finance deal for the fiat, being paid to the dealer first. so technically you still own the mini.
 
ITS HERE!! It finally arrived at 2pm yesterday!! It won't be ready till 4pm today tho! Can't wait to go and see it! Will be giving it a very good check over tho!

Not really they said they will put a few things in that car to make up for it and I'm getting a sat nav and 150 pounds of fiat vouchers

Ha well im not expecting anything spectacular i dont see what they could possibly do i hope they gone with my wish tho i asked NOT to have a Glynn Hopkin sticker stuck to the bottom of my boot!!
 
HAHA well tht would be there problem its only on a 60 plate for a week or so till they sort my plates out!

But OMG its lovely!! DEFFO 100% worth the wait!!!!

So two lots of screw holes in the metal - you going to get them to replace the whole bootlid for you? :devil: - failing that, you need to put something on to stop it rusting away ;)

But so so glad you are happy - Pics or it didn't happen :slayer:
