General wheel arch paint job quality

has anyone else noticed that the spray job on the inside lip on the wheel arch is crap,

went to fiat today to moan about a squeeky clutch peddle and told him about the paint quality, didnt really get a answer about it, he also looked at another evo in the carpark and that has the same problem, dont really know i could do about it.

the paintwork is covered by the warrenty so get them to sort it.
