Hello All :)

Thanks to everyone for there various posts and pics, Ive had a test drive like many other in a 1.4 8V Active but was sold on the GP trim so going to order the 1.4v 16V 105 I`d order the Sporting if i could afford!
My problem im stuck on is colours!... I first saw the Progressive Black which i think goes well with the front and rear bumpers, But i also like Acid Jazz Blue and Ambient White all with the Italian Flag Sidestrip but really cant decide??

Drove to the nearest two dealers only had Progressive white and Progressive Black, Really want to see the Blue. Any feedback or photos are very much appreciated.

Nice to see the mods, Like the lighting changes on MrBoney

I have a loan GP in the blue at the moment. I had a Grande Punto Sporting in the Orleans blue but to me the new blue looks almost washed out. It is probably just because I am used to the darker blue.

Pretty sure thats the blue, i think it looks nice + i saw one in a show room when i was looking and i was very tempted but my mum wrote it off without even looking at it properly (i was stuck between the blue & progressive black, pretty sure she just wanted me to have black)

White looks nice, but not unique same for the progressive black now tbh everyone seems to be going for 1 or the other with the occasional red.

That is a very nice blue indeed, Im between Acid Blue Jazz and Ambient White. I know what you mean about having one look relatively unique ive still yet to see one on the road, One of the reason i think im going to add the Italian Stripes to add a little more personality :)
I think Blacks popular becuase of the bumpers which i think you can get used to given time.... But im still undecided on colours!

Nice blue that.

Mines the Nero (Crossover) black which was partly for the bumpers. But mostly as it contrasts the colours of the features, red calipers, Italian flags, shiney alloys, Punto side strip logo etc.

Black is rather boring though, I know.

Something else to think about - I got mine in Easy Listening White after seeing one in that colour in the showroom. I love the colour but now I've got it, I've discovered that it's impossible to order the touch up paint stick in that colour - at least in the UK !! (I have a stone chip I want to repair )

It's a subtle colour because it looks a metallic white in bright sunshine, but when cloudy has a very slight grey appearance. It's also cool because I think only the GP and Sporting have that colour choice !

I've just contacted Fiat Customer Relations and they got back to me basically confirming that they couldn't supply a paint stick, but advised that I would be able to obtain one made up by Halfords if I give them the colour code. Strange.

Ah! Didn't see those on the main pics :) Very nice indeed

Yeah, you can't really see them in the main pictures. But the black brings out the colour on them. I'm not sure how well they may show up on a white or red Evo? As you may blur some of the flag colour. IMO. :D

Be interesting to see if someone has on theirs. :)

As a sideline to anyone looking at colour:
For anyone who doesn't know this, you can use the advanced search on the Members Motors section for only Punto Evos (or any model in fact).

Don't wanna teach anyone to suck eggs, so to speak. So if you already know this, just skip it.

But some may not know, so if you don't know how, highlight the "Search" drop down at the top and click "Advanced Search". Then you only need two options, under "Find threads with prefix" scroll and select Punto Evo. Then under "Search in forum(s)" simply select "Members Motors". Leave all else default and click "search now". You'll get a list of Evo owners!

At least that way you can view different colours on a model if you're making up your mind.

EDIT:
I think you can just use this link actually...
https://www.fiatforum.com/search.php?searchid=4525057
But don't quote me on that! ;)

Cheers, I think the white looks nice with the silver bumpers I got, in my opinion obv, as I think the black doesn't match right. I think black suites the black inserts the best!

Well ive made my mind up! Im going to order the Sporting In Ambient White, Italian Stripes, Style Pack, Rear Parking Sensors and the 5 spoke alloys :) Originally i was set on the GP but not being in the offer for £2000 towards your deposit ive weighed up the Sporting and i dont think im going to look back! Its obviously more than what id budgeted for but im so set on a Punto Evo :)

Thanks for all your feedback ill post the pics as soon as i have it, Which i fear will a while as i believe they have a month off?
