Well my New Sporting is die to the dealer by the end of the week however my tax is die up tomorrow. So the dealer is providing me with a loan car from tomorrow till I collect my new one. I am getting a Evo GP.

Am I right in saying this is the new multiair 1.4 16V 105 Bhp engine thats in that? Will be interesting to compare it directly with my 1.4 16v 05 BHP Sporting I have at the moment. :)

Yeah probably will be the 105, could be the diesel or the 8v, but i expect its the 105... dont see why they'd go all out on a GP with a lower profile engine

Well picked it up this afternoon and all I can say is OMG. In 3 years of owning my car it has never been as dirty either inside or out as this is. The Air Con doesn't work Just blows warm air out which is worse given the fact of how warm it was today), the passenger wing mirror doesn't work, the rear view mirror just wobbles about and the small stowage bin right of the steering wheel is missing with only the hole there. Shocking condition to give a car to anyone in.

However it seems to drive very well. Smooth and noticeably quieter then my Grande Punto Sporting is. The Start Stop seems to work seamlessly, almost don't even notice it there at all to be honest.

Just makes me want my New Sporting all the more lol.

:) I have a 1.4 8V GP through the Motobility scheme, it,s ready at the dealers as we speak, but Motobility wont hand the car over till 07/07.
The dealer has bought my Panda 100 HP.
The MOT expired on my 100 HP 28/06, not wanting to MOT car and hand it over a week later, no problem says dealer we will lend you a car until you can collect your GP.
Expecting a used Panda, imagine my surprise when i turn up on Monday to hand the 100 HP over and collect the loan car.
Sorry were a bit short on courtesy cars at the moment, but you can have this brand new Punto Sound 10 plate for the duration.
One mile on the clock and spotless, hats of to Chorley Fiat for the service.(y)

Seems to be some things on this GP that shouldn't be according to the brochure. It is definately a GP 1.4 16v with 6 speed box. however it has ambilight which, according to the brochure, is only available with the leather pack. It doesn't have the leather pack.

Have Fiat changed the spec of this model?

Odd, maybe it was a car they used for demoing? though you'd expect them to load it with leather if it was...

My local dealer tried to sell me a dynamic which had extra specs on it aswell, he said it was made with the extras to show it off as it would be in the showroom but never arrived in time lol
