My Punto Evo Sporting

So just got back from the dealer, very happy!

All good except the little storage thing next to the satnav doesn't open, they have ordered a new one for me.

Took some pictures but on my Blackberry and with the sun being a bit viscous.

Like the multi spoke alloys!

Looking good!

Welcome to the Evo club.

Obviously that storage area by the satnav is a prime fault hotspot. Mine was replaced and works fine now.

Very nice, looks really good... especially fond of the alloys.
Good to see a red line too, the 105 doesn't, its really strange lol

good to see you went all out for the climate control too.

The normal AC controls really let the whole interior down for me it had to be full on to make it look right in my opinion need to wait until WEdnesday to get my iPod connector though (which Im also getting for free )

I'm jealous too! My dealer phoned today saying that they have not received delivery of my GP yet, should be within the next two days. All looks good with yours, love the Sat Nav it blends in well with the rest of the interior.
I'll be making sure that i check the storage compartment next to the sat nav dock when i pick mine up later in the week.
Enjoy :-)

Nah you need to keep an eye out for the cubbyhole under the foglight controls as everyone so far has needed it to be refitted

Yeah they had to redo mine during PDI as I pointed it out before hand. Also the satnav bit am waiting for a part to come in so they can replace that.

Re: My Punto Evo Sporting

Yup, as stated the cubby hole by your right knee should feel as normal as the rest of the car & not open/close in a twisted manner. - this has been a problem it seems 90% of us have had so far. (Dealer can fix while you wait)

the little lid by the satnav i think has been reported twice now, so its worth checking. (though you already have.)

Also, the TomTom unit itself so far seems to be very iffy... Personally mine wouldn't connect to the cars Blue&Me System (Fixed now.) and other posts have appeared on the forums about TomTom Home updating it into different languages & errors, not many of us have the TomTom right now so we have little to no knowledge base, so any issues have to be a dealer thing.

Other than that, no other issues have popped up.

Re: My Punto Evo Sporting

can't say I had any problems syncing up my phone or satnav with blue and me, was actually quite impressed after all the bad things I had seen, really dissapointed about the satnav not going through the speakers though!

Same here, i was also let down by the voice control... was atleast hoping for "Navigate To" "Clear Route" via blue&me, the mic on the device itself is pretty useless so its a shame it doesnt hijack the cars

Re: My Punto Evo Sporting

Noticed a problem.

The side rubbing strips are coming away a little bit. Guess who I'm calling first rhino tomorrow.
