What does the eve style pack include? I know it comes with tinted windows and red painted calipers but it says hi-fi audio sound system. What is this over what comes as standard? Obviously a sub-woofer but is that all?

Sorry for the late reply:

Tinted Windows
Red Painted Calipers
Hi-Fi System is amplifier + sub woofer. (according to a sales guy on Fiats official forum)

I had a play in the showroom, it sounds good, plenty of bass though its only a small sub so you wont be popping the boot on at a rave :p but the sub is nice & small so it fits in the top corner of the boot so doesn't encroach on your overall boot space

Its still the only extra I wish I could of had for my Eleganza (wasnt an option), and still something i'm probably going to ask how much it'd be to fit it (if they will)

The subwoofer version has a four channel amplifier and a bass box with loudspeaker in addition to the standard CD/MP3/radio system.

I realise everthng that is included in the pack as per the brocure however, for the audio bit, the brochure describes it as "Hi-Fi System is amplifier + sub woofer." What I am trying to find out is what is the difference in the hi-fi part of it. I know it has a sub woofer but is there anything else in the audio side?

Nope, everythings the same, same headunit, same speakers, same file formats supported etc
from my experience in the showroom (couldn't blast it ofc) the sound itself seemed much the same but much better bass.

Would be nice to get info from someone who actually owns the hifi upgrade and spent more real-world time with it than i have.... seems the Evo owners are enjoying there cars too much to bother with forum :p

Well I replaced the standard speakers in my current punto with Pioneer ones and they sound much better, though I need the Loudness on to get a good bass but that can make the door panel vibrate and buzz sometimes. So can I replace the speakers with my Pioneers and still use the Sub Woofer to get the extra bass?

Truly no idea weather the pioneers would fit etc, I don't think anyone's played with there Evo's sound system yet.... but from a technical stand point I don't see any reason why you couldn't drop in new speakers & still keep the sub.

I am presuming that they will be the same speakers as in the Grande. They are riveted in so the rivets need drilled out. Then the back seats need taking out to get to the rear speakers. I have an acoustic parcel shelf with Pioneer speakers which make a huge difference. Will see what happens still waiting on the garage coming back to me with a revised payments offer.
