how does the rear light assembly come off the car?-is it held by the two bolts protruding into the boot space and if so does come off to the outside(it looks the wrong shape/size to come through the bodywork 'hole'!). my n/s one has water in the reverse lamp part and I need to seal the broken lens properly.

should be 3 nuts,and yes the lamp comes outwards.
