you reckon should be in the front for -40 springs. Today I realised my suspension is practically sitting on the bump, I have cut it by 1cm, seems to be better. But in absolute values - how long/high? And please do not tell me in terms of "balls", cause I have new fiat stop bumps that come in one piece with the shock protective rubber, and there are no real "balls" to talk about (rather rings I would say...).

Cheers,

Shocks are bilstein b4. I used to have (quite worn out) -25 springs mounted by the previous owner. The bumps on the front I guess were untouched, in the back they were obviously cut, so no probs with the back, even with the -40s. But in the front with the -40 springs they defo need to be shorter. So far I have cut off about 1 cm and it seems to work (at least now I can see that the suspension works and is not just stiff like rock), but I guess then another 1cm is in order. I will ask differently - how much height should give the shock to work?

Cheers,

Woj
