Hello,

I recently inherited an E-Reg (UK) Panda Fantasia. I noticed the
other day the right rear indicator bulb had blown. I don't know
if this was standard, but my Panda comes with front and rear roo
(bull) bars, which means I can't just unscrew the light fitting,
and it looks like I need to remove the whole rear bumper.

Anyone know if thats right? And how I'd go about removing the
bumper?

Hi, on the panda you have just push the back bumper down a little where the light are to get access to the screws. NO need to remove the bumper at all.

Er.. I'm not sure you could pull the bull bars out of the way

I don't have any experience of them either, but if they're the ones off a 4x4 - fitted correctly - I'm confident there will be a clever (FIAT) way of doing it without pulling the car to bits.

Wait a bit, there'll be someone along who knows, or can find out.
FWIW neither Haynes nor Porter mention the bars

I don't think the headlights (and rearlights) guards come with the car...they're an aftermarket accessory, so it's fairly probable you'll need to remove them before attempt to unscrew the lights assembly.
