Just cover the plates in the cells your not boiling a kettle and there was a thread a day or so back a tip on how to revive cells i think it was bicarb have a look you can tell if you have a duff one look at the under sde of the cap of the cell if itsblack its suspect

on the mark PNL, you need to cover the plates by a few mm's so they don't become exposed thru cornering etc.

i put the distilled water like a cm above the cells so hope its ok
