I have tried pattern parts for cables and with limited success. All the ones I have treid have been weedier than the original so my experience says go to Fiat even if they are more expensive. The last one I tried on my Bravo was such a poor fit it detaches and ruined a tyre for example and this was a good well known maker. Shop4Parts are a good car part supplier but I do not know if the Scudo is catered for. I have used them and found them straight forward and quick. There is a discount code for forum members if you have donated the right amount. There are other places that can help such as Euro Car Parts they are always competitive prices. Good luck
