Hi,

I'm new here and have a Fiat Doblo that has a solid headliner that has started to sag at the rear of the vehicle. The car was bought second hand and I can now see that the previous owner had tried to use sticky pads and glue to attach this back to the roof. I have tried spray on upholstery glue which holds for a week or so before the bulk of the headliner starts to hang down again which can be seen through the rear view mirror.

Does anyone have any solution to attaching this back which will hold permanently? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Use a bit of two part or contact adhesive.
Guessing one problem is going to be the Heat.
You could also try some Velcro.!! but again you need to make sure that the Velcro is stick well to start with.

Not sure of the vehicle but can you put some nice covered screws thru the liner to make it a more permanent fix.
