Hi all,
I laid up the van over the winter and removed the battery to keep it trickle charged over that time. Everything was running fine up to that point.
I popped the battery back on and the dash clock started running at a rate of knots - round and round and round! I can't get it to stop apart from disconnecting the battery. Any ideas?

Mine was like that for ages, in the end i pulled the cluster out and removed the clock. Pulling the fuse was a no no as I'd lose the radio.

Have you tried pushing the "adjust the time" button a few times?

I have done but it continued to run fast. I think I'll resort to taking the instrument panel out and looking closely at the clock. Maybe there's a touch of corrosion or debris or something on the adjuster contact.
I'll post what I find. Thanks for the suggestion though.
