Hi,

Has anyone replaced the twinair drive belt please?

Not sure of the belt rout and how to release the tensioner.

Also I maybe replacing the tensioner. Would anyone know the torque setting to mount the new tensioner please?

Amy tips will be greatly received.

Many thanks.

Never mind... Some pics

Remove cover 2 10mm nuts 1 10mm boot (across flats)

No way was the existing tensioner locking back up, so fitted the one I got just in case.

1 13mm bolt holds it in and it slots into groves I think. Seem to remember messing up the panda mj one.

Don't remove the L shaped pin from new tensioner until it's fitted and the is belt ready and checked. Again something that I learned the hard way on the mj panda.

Don't know torque settings for belt tensioner bolt... Usual ta info blackout?

Saved a few £££
