total newbie here and the issue i have is the mrs gets travel sick when she is in the car.:bang:

i would like to raise the ride height enough to stop her ( moaning ) and also feeling sick. :yuck:

is it a case of lift kit or something else i can do to raise it at least a few inches

Are you sure it is ride height that is the issues?

What exact vehicle / model?

As a loose general position then often lower ride height vehicles tend to be sportier models. To get sportier the springs will be shorter for sure. However the springs may have the same rate as non sportier vehicles. Dampers make a huge difference to ride quality and firmness as their purpose is to resist dynamic change.

So you can have low and high ride heights but the dampers determine the soft/hard ride.

What kind of car is it? I don't think a higher ride height would necessarily fix nausea.
Did you try letting her drive? Might be she only gets it when riding shotgun.
