Well thanks to old man winter I finally got around to another job on the list. When I purchased the B, one of the number of numerous" issues" needing attention was a bent rad support on the passenger side. It was shoved back nearly five inches causing a fan shroud bolt to puncture a low pressure air con pipe at the compressor. After chaining the car at the rear eye bolt, with a 3000 lb.hand winch I managed to pull the support forward to nearly original position. The repaired line is now installed as well as the buckle on the support looks as good as new. Now hopefully the system will accept and hold the refrigerant . I wait with bated breath:shrug:
