Not sure there were any GM ECU's for the mk1..??

The 1.6 engine used on the Sporting, Cabrio and 90ELX uses a GM ECU. Not sure I understand the problem though.

What connection problem are you having?

Hello again friends.

My car is 1.6 so Tempra. Engine code 159B9000. So Punto 1.6? Engine code 176A9000. These two calls are the same engine. Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't. Is there a service manual for this engine?
Note: I would like to thank other friends who responded and helped.

So you have a tempra 1.6 ie

With the motor 176 (punto series 1)


The problem is punto engine ECU

Yeah.
In my country (1995-2000) the Fiat Tempra 1.6 i.e with, the Punto 90 elx produced in Europe is the same engine.
