Hi folks.
The boot on my recently acquired Panda is the manual type that requires using the key in the lock to undo it.
I'd sort of expected that turning the key would release the lock & the tailgate would pop up slightly so that the key can be removed before lifting the lid.
Turning the key releases the lock and the boot moves slightly but if you try to lift the tailgate it remains partially latched so that you have to keep the key turned with one hand whilst you raise the boot with the other. Is this the way it's meant to be?
Any way to make the boot 'pop' a bit more to allow one handed boot opening?
Thanks
