I've just bought a good used rear spoiler which came with screws for the five holes with locating dowels but there are also another six holes which look like they take screws, are these extra holes also used as well? Cheers.

Cheers for that, luckily it came with all the necessary screws and washers so only a matter of some careful measuring and drilling.

Wish you well with the drilling.

I would advise that Strada tailgates are well known for corrosion. All starts at the window rubber lower corners. The mid sections (spoiler area) have been either fine or rot sections. The lower tailgate vertical flange is also a rust trap/issue but this is generally dictated by the window and spoiler water ingress/access points.

When you have drilled the holes do:

o clean and rust primer treat the holes
o top coat the holes
o waxoil / similar treat the holes before fitting the spoiler
o fit spoiler
o waxoil / similar treat all areas after fitting the spoiler

Thanks for the advice, the car is from northern Sweden and is rust free,i'm a car painter by trade and will be giving it a full respray inside and out and then the whole car will be waxoiled.Do you happen to know the name or paint code of the red like this Abarth? abarth13.jpg
