Hi I have a 2005 fiat doblo diesel
And the clutch is on its way out now I know it’s NOT a dual mass type
But I have been told there are 2 different types
Is this true ?
And how do you know without taking gearbox out first ?

The reason I ask I am in spain and want to order from uk

hi you say you don't have a dual mass flywheel , how do you know?

I've only seen the two clutch types on dual mass flywheels.
The flywheel and clutch must both be from the same manufacturer.
ie valeo clutch must only be fitted to valeo dual mass flywheel.
Sachs clutch must be fitted to Sachs dual mass flywheel.
The only way to tell what is fitted is take it apart and look.

The other option is order a clutch and flywheel from same manufacturer.
