Looking for a rear Vignale badge/emblem?

Hi, I've owned a Gamine since new and it did not have a Vignale badge or emblem on the rear engine cover. You can pick up the side panel badges on eBay, they come up quite regularly albeit a tad expensive. You may have some luck on the Vignale web site.

thanks for that. I have seen pictures of the Gamines with a Vignale badge on the back. Mine has an Abarth badge on that is covering two holes that I assume are original?

No, that not mine. Mine had the wrong side repeaters on for 20 years, relaced them a few months ago, thanks John

Cry, I am a member of the Fiat Gamine Register and did a little research on your badge question. I found a fotograph of an old and what looked original unrestored Gamine in Barbados. It had a badge on the engine cover on the left lower edge. I know of another Gamine in Scotland and that car is like mine no badge on the engine cover. So it may be an age thing i.e. some years had them others didn't. See link below

Vignale Gamine in Middle Barton Garage: WLT-100G... it used to be red!

It did not have a Vignale badge on the rear engine cover, but indeed, some had and some had not.
