Hi, I'm magnus from the netherlands and I'd like to buy an autobianchi a112 abarth. They are rare and cost a lot here. During my vacation in senegal I've seen a few 80's A112 abarths. I want to import one but what should I check to make sure it's in good condition? I know they rust a lot and I'd rather don't want to buy a rotting car.

They don't appear to be that rare in Italy - great little car, by the way. At a relatively small local car get-together in Umbria in the spring there were three, all looking really good.
