I bought a 2011 Punto Evo the other day.
I've noticed that if I have the clutch engaged and I try to rev, it will only rev up to 3000rpm making wheel spins impossible.
Would this have been something installed by the previous owner?
Is there a way to turn it off?
I can rev properly if I'm in neutral and my foot is off the clutch, otherwise it just stops at 3000rpm.
Also, what the bloody hell is that spring loaded thingy-majig above the centre air vents?
