I wounder if anybody can help. I have recently fitted a forge blow off valve on my abarth it works fine if I'm stationary and rev my engine but as soon as I drive off it sounds awful it makes a squeak noise. Anyone got any ideas what may be causing this.

That's just because of the valve design itself.
Forge may point towards the spring being too weak or strong, give them a call and find out.
I know I removed mine because the sound was just annoying.
If you rev it hard at stand still it'll make that noise too.
 
Hi thanks for your replies I've tried searching on the net for help and also tried getting intouch with forge but no reply back yet.
If I rev my car hard at a stand still of works fine. I'm just scratching my head at this one it's got me baffled.
