When doing my bumper brackets and being asked by a fellow FF'r to provide pics of my rear bumpstops I took a few snaps.
Anyway before this I had a clunking from the rear, bushes changed to Powerflex didn't help and I was thinking the springs were too long or the shocks were too short, what I mean is the clunking could be the shocks being forced to rebound due to the bumpstop being too big.
Now I had the shocks and springs fitted by a garage and thought the bumpstops would be cut accordingly but they look untouched.
Do you need to cut them?
Do my rears look too big?
Anyone done the rears themselves?
Here is the pic, the sock is unloaded.
