I have 5 lines in the middle working but all above and below are not. There doesn't seem to be any metal missing on any of the lines.
Does it have more than one fuse?

Like Ash said, no, but they can burn out in some places so its hard to see. Get a repair kit and loock at the lines from the outside - you will find the burned places
