Thanks for posting the photo man, they look like cinquecento sporting alloys to me? Or are they uno turbo alloys?
If they are 13" they are Cinq Sporting, if they are 14" they are Tempra wheels 
Same design used as standard on mk2 Uno Turbo in 13" size. The Cinquecento Sporting version has a lower offset in comparison to the Uno version, so stick out more.

Edit: After a google it appears with the red center caps they are more than likely from an Uno.
They had them as an option, just not many Panda buyers new were interested at the time.
Iirc there are options brochures in the sticky thread for brochures - there's a lot in there now though, so you'll have to wade through all the posts.

Yes I love LVJ's colour - just get that rust sorted & it will be a really nice looking 4x4.
