Im sure there was a burgundy one for sale recently which was quite expensive if I remember correctly and had the rear bulls too, might not be the same one but does look familiar
I wonder if it's the bloke from Tadcaster way - I was going to buy one of his panda's but he changed his mind about selling!

Looks like it could be the one as it has twin sunroofs and a tow bar too.
