Hi guys new topic relating my previous problem

i have had it looked at today and the 90 degree intercooler hose is apparently fine as its expanding whilst under boost and no black crap is coming out the back but im still getting the induction kit blowing sound.

i trust the garage but dont know if they could have missed a slight split?

really stuck now and this noise is doing my head in, only between 1500-2000 revs.

also the car has started juddering when accelerating in low gears 3/2nd it seems like air or something causes the judder then its fine again.

any ideas.

Does the car struggle to build revs at all and have a lack of power? Bit of a long shot but COULD be egr possibly?

Just replaced the egr on mine but its still not right.

yes it does, and yes i just had mine changed too, but not made much difference apart from remove engine management light.

Take it to another garage, really annoys me when car owners are left wondering like this.
