I am the owner of Punto evo 1,4 (2011) and bonnet wont open. I have searched this forum, and contacted forum member Dave, but the sollution he has, doesnt work for this model.

Can you give me an advice on how to open the bonnet if bonned cable is broken?

OP, your car is under warrenty so take it to a dealer

It just run out of warranty 3 weeks ago. I took it to lokal Fiat servis and they opened it for free The problem was released cable...

had it come out of the clip on the front plastic panel near the latch i have been searching for some photos i posted a few months back but i cant find them...

Just bought a 2010 Punto Evo and it appears that the bonnet cable is broken and I need to get under the bonnet somehow. Any ideas how you can manually get the bonnet to release without the cable?
