there NOT the same. they fit the same. they just look different. i have a set of 500 mirror caps and they are much more rounded compared to my GP ones.
hard to explain but the GP caps have a defined line through the middle where as the 500 ones are just curved.

That's what I ment, thanks for correcting me Ben (y), they both fit each others but as long as you get the pair it will be fine.
 
Ah ok, so would GP or Evo mirror covers have that defined edge in middle? Cos I like that! Works well with the lines. Could always wrap the mirrors but not sure how easy the curvey surface will be.

Yeah, I prefer the colour coded mirrors over gloss black, just want the carbon to go with anthrasite wheels :)
