Charging a battery with the Clamps still atached
Bad idea or not a problem?

Seems a little weird how you can jump start a car with the terminals on
But heard you cant when charging it?

So i can boost the battery without having to disconnect the battery

Yep. On FIATs you can get away with just about anything. I'd not recommend it on all other cars, though..........
