Hi guys,

I currently have a 1.4 Active Grande Punto but I am considering taking the current lump out and replacing it with a T-Jet engine. The thing is I can not find anywhere that I could get one at a decent price. I was also wondering what you all think about the change of engine, whether it would be worth it or not, and if you could see any potential problems by doing it.

Just part ex yours for a T-jet,

You would need to swap the complete engine and drivetrain, plus upgrade the brakes etc, the cost of the swap and the insurance wouldn't be worth it

Ive got to agree, the engines are pricey and your likely to have lots of little teething problems if u do manage to fit it. What prices have u been given for a used tjet engine?

Dont bother. Just buy a Tjet
