Hi all

I occasionally get the drivers airbag warning light coming on.

It is intermittent. Sometimes it is on for a few minutes, other times half an hour, or until the engine is off and restarted.

I have a diagnostic code as follows:

P003C Drivers side front impact sensor – OC (open circuit)

I see in a previous post for a similar issue it mentions a “sensor block”.

Is there anything else it could be with this code?

Many thanks.

The error occurs when the front seats are shifted for / back while ignition is on !

check the connection between sensor / cable sensor under the front seat:

unplug and plugin the connector and see if error is still present.

For the future: do not shift the seats with ignition on :)

Many thanks.

I will check it, and I have issued strict instructions to my wife, (who promptly ignored the aforementioned strict instructions, and moved the seat with the ignition on, on Saturday evening!)

Hi, I am having trouble locating this connector. I have a doblo 1.9 JTD 2002. Was it fitted to that model/year. If so, is it on both seats and what side of the seat is it on ?
Thanks.

Hi everyone! I’ve the same code identified with multiecuscan, but it’s the left side apparently.

Any idea where it might be found in the front of my 2006 1.9 multi jet cargo?

I’ve already discovered the central airbag sensor which is just to the left and below the bonnet opening mechanism.

Absolutely no luck with the left and right hand sides.
Thanks in advance! I can’t be the only one to suffer this!
