My clutch pedal has been creaking for some time, if i very slightly adjust the cable it stops creaking but not for long, i have spayed all the mechanism underneath the dash with wd40 and that works for a while but was unable to get to passenger side because the glove conpartment is in the way and have strange tryangular headed srews which i have nothing that can undo them, the clutch is not at all heavy and gearchanges are fine even selecting reverse is crunch free, i do not know what it is that is creaking as it seems to resinate through to the pedal, could it be that the cable is corroded!!, thank you.
