Hey,

Well my car somehow passed the MOT today but whilst driving home my front passenger indicator has decided to stop working.....

I've changed the bulb and it's made no difference so i'm assuming the next bit is to change the lamp holder or whatever the *real* name is and then the connection?!

Or am I being really stupid and missing something obvious?

Cheers :)

Jamie, I had the same problem on mine. If it's just one of the indicators not working.

All I did was take the indicator unit off and clean up the electrical contacts with a very small piece of wet'n'dry. Doesn't take too long but is cheaper than getting a new indicator.

Just thought could also be worth cleaning the contacts on the bulb holder...

Just what I would have said Jonny, the contacts get corroded somehow and sometimes the wiring gets suspect too, some cleaned contacts or new bulb holders soon see them working again.

Liam

I would put money on it being the front drivers indicator....... due to impossible postion of the washer bottle it's possible that some if not all :bang: water tends to go everywhere except the bloody bottle hense the drivers indicator corroding
