Hi all

hope you can help. the boot release button on the car does not seem to release the boot. it opens it slightly but it does not let you pull the boot

anyone know what the problem may be?

has it got an electric boot handle on the tailgate too?

seem to remember a couple of those playing up.

You can dismantle and clean the switch behind the rubber bit on the tailgate. In my experience it fixed the problem for a very short time.

Just use the key! Stops you getting annoyed.:bang:

A bit tedious, but it worked for me!

no i dont have the electronic boot release on the back...have to use a key
