i don't know if im right or not but doesn't the air that flows through those holes get used for the heaters in the car??

well, no, i wasnt joking... i dont know if the holes have a purpose or just for aesthetics, thats why i asked. if they are there for a reason, then i will just paint it and leave the holes.
