Hi
I have had a scudo 2006 56 2.0 jtd van from new.
It is now comimg up to 4 years old and just done 50k, does anybody know the cambelt intervals on this engine.
I have had a quick search online but can't really find a conclusive answer.
Also i know you change all the tensioners aswell, but do you guys change the waterpump or leave it as it is.

Thanks Steve.

Fiat recommend 90k but i think thats to much and usualy do them around 60k. At 4 years I would prob change it anyway just to be sure. It's cheaper the replacing the engine so best be safe. The water pump will need replaced at the same time, they usualy devolop a small leak around 60K. For the water pump I recomend using an aftermarket one as I have found them to be better than the dealers. The cambelt, allways original.

Thanks mate will get it sorted next week, better to be safe than sorry.

APOLOGIES - HIJACK OF OLD THREAD!

In the second post, Bigdong mentions using an aftermarket water pump when changing a Scudo cam belt.

I'm just about to change mine on '54 plate 2.0JTD. Any recommendations for aftermarket pumps? Also, is Fiat belt recommended or other brands, eg. Gates, also OK?

Thanks to all.
