Hi All,

Quick question. I want to put an extra Cigar Socket in the Glovebox with an Illuminated switch so I can keep my Phone charging in there out of the way while driving.

I was going to just run a fused wire from the battery but I just wondered if there was a spare fuse position in the fuse box(es) that could be utilised for a more OEM job?

how about spurring off the fag lighter in the centre consul? if your only going to run a phone charger off it length of cable and a 3A fuse

Already done that for the switched live for my HU.

well the switched live uses next to nothing

i have my t-eye running off it and an extra socket in my glove box the original socket takes a 20a fuse so should take a few extras

I checked up the current pull on everything last night, you are right, shouldnt cause me a problem. Better get me some wire!
