Help!

I have a mark 2 W reg Punto and have been having to top up my coolant a lot recently. I even changed the water in the radiator (which was a very creamy colour) which made me think it was a head gasket.

Until this afternoon when I noticed a small drip of water that was coming off the oil filter. Looking closer the water is leaking from the pipe above the oil filter. This pipe comes out the radiator then goes into a Tee piece above the oil filter, this Tee piece then goes into a housing to which I assume contains the water pump. Where this pipe enters the housing is where the water is leaking from. Has anyone had any experiences of this?? Do I need a new pump, a new pipe or a new housing??

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated!

I have the same problem. The pipe moves and I there's a big leak. Could someone please indicate how to fix the pipe and/or o-ring? I mean, is it tricky, easy...???
